Delivery options vary by item based on its size, destination, and available carrier services. Your available delivery methods and pricing will be displayed at checkout after your delivery address is entered.

Depending on the item, delivery may include:

• Small Parcel Delivery — For décor, lighting, and smaller furnishings that can be shipped by standard parcel carriers.
• Curbside Freight Delivery — Large or oversized items are delivered to the curb or first dry area outside your home. Bringing the item indoors, unpacking, and assembly are not included.
• Threshold Delivery — Delivery to the first dry, secure area of your home or building, when available.
• Room of Choice Delivery — Your order is brought inside and placed in the room of your choice, when available.
• White Glove Delivery — Our most comprehensive service, which may include scheduled delivery, placement in your room of choice, unpacking, light assembly when applicable, and removal of packaging materials.

Not every delivery method is available for every item or destination. Some products may also include complimentary delivery, which will be clearly noted on the product page.

Because our collection is sourced from a select network of furniture and décor partners, items may ship from different warehouse locations and may arrive separately when multiple pieces are purchased together.

For item-specific shipping information, please refer to the product description. Shipping and delivery options are calculated at checkout and shown after the delivery address is entered.

Delivery timing varies depending on the item’s size, availability, destination, and selected delivery method.

Furniture + Freight Delivery: In-stock furniture and other oversized items are typically processed and prepared for shipment before being transferred to the freight carrier. Most freight orders are delivered within approximately 2–5 weeks. For scheduled delivery services, the carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment once your order reaches the appropriate local terminal.

Small Parcel Delivery: In-stock décor, lighting, and other items eligible for small parcel shipping typically arrive within approximately 1–2 weeks.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on processing requirements, carrier transit times, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control. Pre-order and backordered items will follow the estimated availability or shipping timeframe shown on the product page.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided so you can follow its progress.

Shipping costs vary depending on the size and type of item, as well as the delivery method selected at checkout.

Many of our smaller décor pieces and smaller furniture pieces ship free of charge, with shipping already included in the listing price. Depending on the piece and its relative supplier network, some items will have shipping fees that will calculate at checkout after your address is entered.

For larger furniture items, shipping is typically calculated at checkout. These pieces ship via scheduled freight delivery, and rates may vary depending on the item and delivery location. Other delivery options may be available at checkout. If you are purchasing a piece that doesn't offer the delivery service at checkout that you need, please reach out to us.

Some large furniture items may include complimentary or upgraded delivery services, such as white glove delivery (in-home placement and setup). When available, this will always be noted directly on the product page.

We work with a range of trusted vendors and shipping partners, so delivery options and pricing can differ slightly by item—but we always aim to provide a seamless, transparent experience.
