Returns & Damage Claims

Because this piece ships directly from the vendor, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect measurements, preference in color, material, size, or style, or if the item does not fit in your space.
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, damage claims must be submitted within 5 days of receipt and must include:
- Photos of the packaging before it was opened
- Photos of the damage
- A copy of the signed BOL noting the damage
